My Transformation:

 

 

I started my cut at 91kg feeling clunky, heavy, and slower than I knew I should be, especially on the football pitch. My movements didn’t feel sharp, my confidence wasn’t where it needed to be, and I knew I wasn’t performing at my true level. That was the turning point.

What followed wasn’t just a diet, it was a complete lifestyle shift. And it wasn't early mornings, I stuck to plan that I could follow and was consistent 90% of the time. The best way to look at it is sacrificing short-term comfort for long-term progress. The biggest lesson it taught me was simple: if you want that look, you need that life. The physique, the energy, the confidence, they’re a by-product of daily standards.

This transformation wasn’t just physical. It built discipline, self-respect, and a new level of performance in my sport and in life. And that’s exactly what I now help others build for themselves.
